REQUIREMENTS FOR PAG-IBIG CALAMITY LOAN – Here are the documents needed in applying for the Calamity Loan offer of Pag-IBIG Fund.

The members of the Pag-IBIG Fund who have updated contributions to the government agency have loan offers to turn to most especially in times of need. One of these loan offers is the Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan.

The Calamity Loan offer is open for members who are living or working in areas declared under a State of Calamity. To apply for a claim, there are requirements for Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan application and you can check on them below.

There requirements for Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan application depends if you are employed, self-employed, or an overseas Filipino worker (OFW). You may refer to the lists below:

If you are employed, prepare the following documents for loan application:

  • original copy of a duly-accomplished and signed Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan Application Form
  • photocopy of a valid ID acceptable to the Fund
  • proof of income:
    • The “Certificate of Net Pay” which is located at the back of the Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan Application Form must be accomplished by the employer or submit a photocopy of one (1) of your latest payslip authenticated by an authorized signatory of the company you are working at.

If you are self-employed, prepare the following documents for loan application:

  • original copy of a duly-accomplished and signed Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan Application Form
  • photocopy of a valid ID acceptable to the Fund
  • proof of income (any of the following):
    • Certified True Copy of Transport Franchise issued by appropriate government agency (in original copy)
    • notarized Affidavit of Income (HQP-SLF-136) (in original copy)
    • Commission Vouchers reflecting the issuer’s name and contact details (in original copy)
    • Income Tax Return (ITR), Audited Financial Statements, and Official Receipt of tax payment from bank supported with DTI Registrant and Mayor’s Permit/Business Permit (in photocopy)
    • Certificate of Engagement issued by the owner of business (in original copy)
    • Bank Statements or passbook for the last 12 months (in original copy)

If you are an overseas Filipino worker (OFW), prepare the following documents for loan application:

  • original copy of a duly-accomplished and signed Pag-IBIG Calamity Loan Application Form
  • photocopy of a valid ID acceptable to the Fund
  • proof of income:
    • Certificate of Employment and Compensation (CEC)
    • Employment Contract
    • Income Tax Return filed with Host Country/Government
