List of Pag-IBIG Cash Loan Requirements for Application
PAG-IBIG CASH LOAN REQUIREMENTS – Here is a list of the documents needed in applying for the Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) offer.
Have you heard about the cash loan offer of Pag-IBIG Fund? It is the Multi-Purpose Loan offer or more commonly called MPL. It was crafted to help address the short-term financial needs of members.
There are Pag-IBIG cash loan requirements that you need to submit in applying for the loan offer. You can check the lists below as the required documents may vary depending if you are employed, self-employed, or an OFW.
Basic Requirements:
- duly-accomplished and signed Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form
- one (1) photocopy of valid ID acceptable to Pag-IBIG Fund
Proof of Income:
If you are employed, prepare the following:
- “The ‘Certificate of Net Pay’ portion at the back of the application form must be accomplished by the employer or submit photocopy of one (1) month latest payslip duly authenticated by the company’s authorized signatory”.
If you are self-employed, prepare any of the following:
- original copy of Notarized Affidavit of Income
- original copy of Bank Statements or passbook for the last 12 months
- original copy of Certificate of Engagement issued by the owner of business
- photocopy of Income Tax Return (ITR), Audited Financial Statements, and Official Receipt of tax payment from bank supported with DTI Registrant and Mayor’s Permit/Business Permit
- Certified True Copy of Transport Franchise issued by appropriate government agency (original)
- original copy of Commission Vouchers reflecting the issuer’s name and contact details
If you are an overseas Filipino worker (OFW), prepare any of the following:
- Certificate of Employment and Compensation (CEC)
- Employment Contract
- Income Tax Return (ITR) with Host Country or Government
To apply, go to the main office or branch of Pag-IBIG Fund nearest to you and submit your Pag-IBIG Cash Loan requirements. The loan processing may take a few working days. Wait for an update from the government agency.
