  • 1.5 lb. beef sirloin
  • 0.75 Knorr beef cube
  • 1.5 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 7.5 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.75 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1.5 tablespoon butter
  • 1.5 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 6 tablespoons canola oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1.5 cup water

The next part of the Garlic Pepper Beef recipe is the cooking process. It may only take as fast as 12 minutes to prepare this sumptuous dish. Here are the steps on how to cook this delicious viand:

Add beef sirloin, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and cornstarch in a bowl. Mix them well to marinade the beef. Let it stay for at least 10 minutes.
