In his heartfelt caption, Kael wrote, “I wasn’t able to give you flowers on our 1st Anniversary so I bought you an entire land where you can grow all flowers as beautiful as you are, my love.”

According to Kael, he and his partner had been making installment payments for the property for several years. He decided to surprise his girlfriend with the title deed on their anniversary, as it coincided with the opportunity to acquire the document.
While some may perceive the gesture as an extravagant act that warrants a “sana all” response, Kael clarifies that it was not a spontaneous decision. Rather, it was the culmination of years of hard work, dedication, optimism, and most importantly, grace from the Lord.
“We’ve been paying for it installment for couple of years. I decided to make it a surprise for our anniversary since dun din pwede makapag deed of sale na,” Canoy said.
