Here’s the reaction of Jane de Leon to rumors she’s project-less after Darna
JANE DE LEON – The modern “Darna” has responded to the intrigues that she quickly disappeared from the spotlight after her first big break.
In a report, Jane, who’s fresh from her vacations in Japan and Singapore shared that she had been busy with exciting shoots that her fans were eagerly anticipating. She also mentioned that she currently has two movies in the works.
“Hindi lang po talaga namin pwede sabihin sa lahat and gusto namin surprise,” she said in a recent article by Push. The Kapamilya star added that there is much “good news” coming her way, so she is taking advantage of the rest period until May before diving into her projects.
The “Darna” star also teased that her fans can expect something new from her, especially those who have become accustomed to her action-packed acting.
Previously, Ogie Diaz heard from a source that it might take a while before Jane de Leon’s next show because she is perceived to be difficult to work with on set and has a reputation for being somewhat temperamental. However, another friend of Ogie’s contradicted this claim, saying that Jane is actually obedient and easy to work with on set.
Ogie also mentioned that there are rumors that some production teams do not understand that Jane sometimes experiences discomfort or headaches on set, even though she continues to work diligently. On the other hand, Mama Loi defended Jane de Leon, saying that her supposed “difficult” behavior could be attributed to exhaustion from the intense scenes and action required for her role as Darna.
