MICHELLE DEE – The beauty queen was rushed to the hospital on her 28th birthday.
Michelle is a beauty pageant titleholder and model. She was crowned as Miss World Philippines 2019 and represented the Philippines in Miss World 2019 held in London, where she placed in the Top 12. She also competed at the Miss Universe Philippines 2022, having finished second to Celeste Cortesi and receiving the Miss Universe Philippines Tourism title.
She comes from a family of beauty queens, as her mother, Melanie Marquez, was crowned Miss International in 1979, while her aunt, Maria Isabel Lopez, was crowned as Binibining Pilipinas Universe in 1982. Michelle is also a commercial model and has worked with several well-known brands in the Philippines.
Recently, she went to the social media platform, Instagram, wherein she emphasized the significance of managing her time and concentrating on her “real priorities” as she marked her 28th birthday. The beauty queen and actress shared on social media that she had to undergo surgery after being taken to the hospital amidst her celebration.
She stated on her Instagram Stories that she had come out of the operating room and everything was alright. Although she has not provided more details about her medical condition, Dee reposted an article that stated she was hospitalized due to “hemorrhage and bleeding.”
In another post, Michelle Dee pondered on her recent experience and stated that “On my 28th birthday, the Universe has shown me the importance of pacing myself and focusing on my true priorities. I’ll keep moving forward with self-care, pursuing my passions, and appreciating life’s precious moments.”
