Kris Bernal: “I am officially the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life”
KRIS BERNAL – The actress and content creator recently took to social media to share that she’s “more hungry than usual”.
The actress posted a video on her Instagram account where she can be seen eating a slice of pizza while dubbing @thedailyangeladawn’s audio sample.
In the caption of her social media post, she said that she’s “more hungry than usual” as she’s “officially the heaviest I’ve ever been” in her life even though she’s not yet in the “exciting part”.
The actress said that it’s not always easy seeing one’s body grow and change in new ways, but she also said that she’s doing her best in order to embrace the season of life. She added that she knows it’s “going to be so so worth it”.

According to her, growing a healthy baby is her priority at the moment.
“I was advised that there’s no need to ‘eat for 2’ as long as you’re in a great environment, taking your prenatal vitamins, eating lots of nutritious foods, keeping yourself hydrated, prioritizing mental health, doing light and safe prenatal exercises, and know when to REST,” she said. “Let’s not be hard on ourselves, new mamas! Growing a human is hardwork!”
Meanwhile, the actress shared her reaction after seeing a PEP article about her “in her 18th month of pregnancy” by posting videos of her mimicking a dinosaur and an elephant.
She shared that she received an apology from PEP and still appreciated that she was featured in an entertainment site.
“18 MONTHS and counting.. Dinosaur or elephant?” Kris said in the caption of her post. “Received an apology. Typos happen to everyone. No harm done. No worries. I still appreciated the feature, @pepalerts.”
