Donny Pangilinan: “I’m really blessed and I’m really thankful”
DONNY PANGILINAN – The Kapamilya heartthrob recently spoke about the changes in his life as a responsible adult.
The actor started out in the entertainment industry as a teenager as he became a VJ on MYX in 2016 before getting into acting in 2018.
Donny said in an interview with PUSH during his Sunlife media event held in BGC, Taguig City last April 16, 2023 that he started making changes in his life as a responsible adult – including getting his first insurance plan with his latest blessing.
According to the actor, getting an insurance plan is not just something that he’s proud to be part of as he also has a feeling of safety knowing that his future is in good hands and he thinks that’s the most important thing.
“The fact that they’ve even entrusted this to me, I’m really blessed and I’m really thankful,” the actor said. “It’s also like a reality check na parang kahit ano puwede mangyari any time.”

He also believed that it’s nice to be secured and to make sure that one’s future is in good hands, adding that getting an insurance plan is the “most important thing” and that’s something he really believes in.
In the same interview, the actor said that he’s very hands-on now with his savings.
The actor also said that he still has moments when he treats himself and invest in memories through traveling or experiences, but he makes sure that a big percentage of his money goes to investments and savings.
According to a report on PUSH, Donny is the newest health ambassador of Sun Life Philippines and he will be the face of their new health campaign. He will also be in attendance at the Sun Life Cycle PH event which will be held on April 23, Sunday at the Vermosa Sports Hub in Imus, Cavite.
