Raul Dillo has ventured into vlogging
RAUL DILLO – The newest cast of the top-rating Kapamilya series, FPJ’s Batang Quiapo has ventured into vlogging.
Dillo, a former basketball player standing at 7-foot-3, gained fame on social media after appealing to Coco Martin, the leading star of ABS-CBN’s popular show ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo’.
Dillo wasted no time in leveraging his newfound fame and began sharing his lifestyle and cooking talents on social media platforms. Nicknamed ‘Pinoy Frankenstein’ for his roles as ‘Kapre’ in the show, Dillo’s videos featured him cooking simple, affordable dishes outdoors using wood fire.
His videos, including tutorials on how to cook ‘Adobong Kangkong’, quickly gained millions of views and earned praise from netizens for providing ideas on how to cook healthy meals on a budget.
In addition to his cooking content, Dillo also incorporated humor into his videos, often poking fun at his towering height, such as his attempt to ride an e-tricycle. Despite his rising popularity, there have been no updates on when Dillo will make his appearance on ‘Batang Quiapo’.
However, Dillo confirmed that he has been contacted by members of the show’s production team and expressed gratitude to Martin for granting his wish to return to showbiz after losing his livelihood.
Meanwhile, FPJ’s Batang Quiapo is an action drama television series which focused on the life of a young man named Tanggol, who struggles to survive in Quiapo and eventually becomes one of the most infamous outlaws in the area. His achievement brings him closer to the truth about his identity as he attempts to win his parents’ affection.
