AJ RAVAL – The actress caused a stir among social media users when she uploaded a photo of a baby named ‘Dio’ on her Instagram post.
AJ, whose real name is Elizabeth Buensuceso, is the daughter of ’90s action star Jeric Raval and former actress Alyssa Alvarez. She was raised by Jeric and his legal wife Holiday until she turned 14 years old.
She first caught the attention of netizens in June 2019 when she joined as a searchee in “Kaparewho,” a dating match segment in the ABS-CBN noontime show It’s Showtime. Her charming smile and good looks earned her millions of views on YouTube, and she was soon offered more TV guestings, including a father-daughter stint on Minute To Win It. AJ Raval also starred in renowned movies and television series such as known for Death of a Girlfriend (2021), Sitio Diablo (2022) and Ang probinsyano (2015).
Currently, the actress is making a buzz on social media when she uploaded a photo of a baby named ‘Dio’ on her Instagram post. She tagged her older brother Ace Raval and influencer Chrizia Henson and referred to the baby as “our baby Dio.”
While some fans speculated that the baby was AJ’s child with actor Aljur Abrenica, others suggested that it could be her nephew. It was also rumored that Ace and Chrizia were in a relationship, so it was possible that the child was theirs.
In July 2022, columnist Cristy Fermin claimed that AJ was pregnant and that Aljur was the father. AJ denied the rumors, but talent manager Ogie Diaz later claimed that she gave birth in November 2022 at a hospital in Pasig.
