Xian Gaza on viral nanay from Eat Bulaga: “Ganun siya pinalaki ng magulang niya”
XIAN GAZA – The controversial social media personality defended the viral nanay from Eat Bulaga who said her 7-year-old child will raise them from poverty.
A contestant of Bawal Judgemental, a segment of the longest running noontime variety show, was heavily criticized online after saying that her child will raise them from poverty.
“Ace, sana mag-aral ka nang mabuti dahil alam kong ikaw ‘yung makakaahon sa amin sa kahirapan. Ikaw ‘yung pursigido para gumanda ‘yung buhay natin. Tsaka bata ka pa, kahit bata ka pa may pangarap ka na talaga,” the contestant said.
Her remarks prompted Eat Bulaga hosts Maine Mendoza and Ryan Agoncillo to react. According to Maine, providing a good life for their family is not the responsibility of their child.
“Tsaka bata ka pa Incess, kayong mag-asawa. May pagkakataon pa para palakihin o pagandahin ang inyong buhay,” the Eat Bulaga host said. On the other hand, Ryan Agoncillo noted: “Tuparin mo ‘yung pangarap mo Incess, ha? Para sa mga anak mo rin ‘yan.”
Maine Mendoza continued: “Tsaka bata pa si Ace. Huwag nating ipasa sa kanya ang responsibilidad. Marami ka pang magagawa, kayo ni mister.” The remarks of Maine Mendoza earned praises from the netizens. Here are the comments:
While many were bashing the contestant, Xian Gaza came to defend him. In a Facebook post, he noted: “Stop bashing that viral Nanay from Eat Bulaga. Ganun siya pinalaki ng magulang niya. Lahat ng tao sa paligid niya ay gano’n din ang mindset. Nakakulong sila sa mundo ng poverty. She’s representing millions of Filipino parents. Imulat natin sila.”
He went on defending the viral nanay in the comment section of his post:
