Here’s the advice of Jormiel Labador to his brother Rendon following the closure of his newly opened restaurant.
JORMIEL LABADOR – The brother of Rendon Labador shared a piece of advice following the temporary closure of his newly opened resto.
The Episode Bar + Kitchen, a restaurant owned by Rendon in Pampanga, temporarily closed down just two days after its grand opening. Rendon decided to close the restaurant after failing to sell any tickets for the opening event, resulting in a loss of 1.2 million pesos.
On Sunday, he went to social media to express his thoughts on why they had zero ticket sales and blamed Coco Martin’s fans, claiming that they couldn’t afford the tickets.
In a video, Jormiel Labador, the brother of Rendon, couldn’t help but give an advice to the latter. According to Rendon’s brother, making negative comments, especially against famous personalities like Coco Martin, could harm his business. Before the restaurant’s opening,
Rendon had been critical of Coco Martin because for him, the shooting of FPJ’s Batang Quiapo in Quiapo affected the livelihoods of the locals, which led to Martin’s fans and colleagues defending him.
“Medyo sablay ‘yung post, parang imbis na kunin mo ‘yung loob ng mga tao eh parang nagyayabang ka pa,” he said. “‘Yung ginawa niya, parang yumabang nanaman. Paano ka susuportahan ng tao kung ganyan mga sinasabi mo, sinasabi mo na wala silang pera. Hindi naman lahat ng tao ay may pera eh, may mga pera yan ayaw ka lang sigurong suportahan dahil yang mga ginagawa mo tol, baguhin mo yan.”
