More than a day after grand opening, Rendon Labador’s newly ooened restaurant is “temporarily closed”

RENDON LABADOR RESTAURANT – The newly opened resto of the infamous motivational speaker and businessman is temporarily closed.

It was on Saturday, March 25, 2023 when the Episode Bar + Kitchen, a restaurant owned by Labador held its grand opening. The event featured performers such as Paolo Santos, LILY, Any Name’s Okay, SUD, and DJ Justin San.

The ticket for the resto’s grand opening which include 2 free choice of drinks and 1 bar chow cost P2,000 per person. According to Rendon, he spent 1.2 million pesos for opening of his restaurant; 800K for fine dining and while 400K for the high end drinks.

However, he claimed that nobody bought a ticket for the grand opening of his resto. As a result, he blamed the fans of Coco Martin for the zero ticket sales. To recall, fans of the actor-director criticized the so-called motivational speaker for his rude words against the lead star of FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.

But in his latest Facebook post, Rendon Labador shared that his newly opened restaurant will be closed temporarily. “Uulitin ko nalang ang grand opening. Sana masaya lahat ng Coco fans sa ngyari. I will struggle. I will fall down. But I will always rise back up. AND I’LL BE STRONGER THAN BEFORE,” he noted.

In an announcement, Episode Bar + Kitchen said that effective today, March 27, 2023, they will be closed temporarily, adding that they will reopen soon. The announcement earned mixed reactions from the netizens. Some claimed that what happened is “karma.”
