Ava Mendez is single
AVA MENDEZ – The actress confirmed that she has broken up with rapper Skusta Clee.
Ava is a Vivamax actress who has appeared in a number of daring films, including The Escort Wife, Purificacion, Eva, Ang Babaeng Nawawala sa Sarili, and Crush kong Curly, to name a few.
On the other hand, Skusta, whose real name is Daryl Ruiz, is a member of the Filipino rap group Ex Battalion which is behind the popular song, Hayaan Mo Sila. He’s the ex-boyfriend of Zeinab Harake.
It was in December last year when the two were rumored of having a relationship. It started when they posted some snaps of them. Eventually, they confirmed via Instagram post that there’s something between them. They were even rumored that they were engaged but the actress made clarification that they were playing Pinoy Henyo at the time.
However, in the virtual press conference of the Vivamax film “Domme”, the actress confirmed that she’s now single. In fact, director Roman Perez, Jr. said: “Single siya ngayon. Kaya mas nakakapag-isip niya nang maayos.”
Ava Mendez, for her part, said: “Yes. Single ako. At mas gusto ko ng rap in English. Basta walang nangyari sa amin, wala naman akong naramdamang kahit ano!.” Apparently, Skusta Clee has yet to issue any statement with regards to his breakup with Ava.
Meanwhile, Ava Mendez considered the movie “Domme” which means dominatrix as her biggest break. The movie will air via Vivamax this coming March 17. It also stars with Mark Anthony Fernandez.
