Chito Miranda Opens Bidding For Parokya ni Edgar Memorabilia To Raise Funds For His Bandmate

CHITO MIRANDA – The band vocalist recently opened up a bidding for the “Parokya ni Edgar” original memorabilia to raise funds for his bandmate who is battling pneumonia.

Chito shared another way fans can help support “Parokya ni Edgar” guitarist Gab Chee Kee’s medical expenses.

On Instagram, the band vocalist posted the Parokya ni Edgar original memorabilia that are currently up for grabs through bidding.

The first photo is a school uniform with “Chito Miranda” name patch that he wore in the 2005 music video for the hit song “Bagsakan” alongside rapper Gloc-9 and the late Francis Magalona.

Also up for grabs are two puppets – Mr. Suave and Chito Matsing – that can be seen on the cover art of the band’s “Halina Sa Parokya” album that was released last 2005.

Parokya ni Edgar recently gave an update about the bidding on the band’s original memorabilia.

On Facebook, the band said that the highest bid for Chito’s “Bagsakan” polo is at PHP 120,000 and the highest bid for “Halina sa Parokya” puppets is at PHP 80,000 as of 11:00 am on February 16, 2023.

According to the band, the bidding will end on February 20, 2023 at 6:00 pm.

Meanwhile, the band announced the highest bidder of the Eraserheads signed D&D Gab CheeKee Signature Guitar auction last February 15, 2023.

The band shared that the highest bidder, Circus Music Festival Executive Producer Bryan Beran, claimed the guitar on Wednesday morning and directly paid his winning bid of PHP 1.3 million to the hospital’s accounting office. Also, Beran and his team were able to visit the band guitarist in the ICU.
