Miss Belgium 2022 Chayenne Van Aarle sustained injuries after a car accident
CHAYENNE VAN AARLE – The Miss Belgium 2022 was seriously injured after she figured in a car accident on February 8, 2023.
The beauty queen was rushed to the hospital after sustaining injuries on her head, neck, and face. Chayenne was on the Ghent-Antwerp Motorway when she didn’t notice a truck in front of her.
She was unable to step on the brake, and her car collided with the truck. It took more than 30 minutes after the accident for emergency personnel to extricate her from her wrecked car. She was unconscious before being rescued by emergency responders. Chayenne said in an interview with VRT NWS that she does not remember anything about the accident.
After staying in the hospital for days, she’s happy that she was finally discharged and did not accumulate further injuries except on her head, neck, and face. She’s also thankful for those who extended their concern to her.

The 23-year-old beauty queen is a flight attendant who joined the 71st Miss Universe in New Orleans, in which Philippine bet Celeste Cortesi also joined.
She was supposed to crown her successor in the Miss Belgium 2023 finals on February 12. However, the accident happened. Meanwhile, Miss Belgium Organization said that the Miss Belgium 2022 is still recuparating from the accident.
