Paolo Contis Speaks on Financial Assistance for his Daughters
PAOLO CONTIS – The Kapuso actor admitted that he is not giving “sustento” for his daughters but reveals he is doing something instead.
It is no secret to the public that Kapuso comedian Paolo Contis have daughters from his previous relationships. He was married to Lian Paz but they eventually separated and filed for an annulment of their marriage.
It was in July 2009 in Cauayan, Isabela when Paolo and Lian officially tied the knot. They were a married couple for almost four (4) years and their marriage was blessed with two (2) daughters – Xonia and Xalene. Both of them stayed with their mother after the seperation.
Paolo Contis was in a relationship with Kapuso actress LJ Reyes for several years. They became live-in partners and their relationship was blessed with a daughter they named Summer. However, she was just two (2) years old when the two (2) celebrities broke up.
Summer is now with LJ in U.S. The actress fled abroad with her two (2) kids amid the issues surrounding her breakup with Paolo. Infidelity on the part of the Kapuso actor was rumored cause of their separation.
Recently, Paolo Contis appeared in an interview with Boy Abunda. During his guesting in Fast Talk, he spoke about the “sustento” for his daughters. The Kapuso actor admitted that he is not giving financial assistance for Xonia, Xalene, and Summer.
During the interview, the Kapuso comedian admitted that it started wrong when he did not give a financial assistance for his daughters but revealed that he is doing another thing instead now – he is saving for his daughters. According to the actor, he is saving in accounts for Xalene, Xonia, and Summer and hopes that he can give it straight to them someday.
Paolo Contis admitted that he has no relationship with his daughters. According to him, it’s been six to seven years since he last saw his daughters with Lian while it is going two (2) years since he last saw Summer. According to him, he tried to reach out to LJ but stressed that “forgiveness takes time, healing takes time” and he is giving it to her.
