CARLA ABELLANA – The snaps of the Kapuso actress in a photoshoot earned mixed reactions from the netizens.
Abellana is a model and actress who rose to prominence in 2009 as the lead in the Philippine adaptation of the Mexican telenovela Rosalinda. She also starred in Sine Novela: Basahang Ginto, Kung Aagawin Mo Ang Langit, Makapiling Kang Muli, My Husband’s Lover, My Destiny, Because of You, Mulawin vs. Ravena, and I Heart Davao.
She’s the estranged wife of actor Tom Rodriguez. It was on October 23, 2021, when the two got married at San Juan Nepomuceno Parish Church in Batangas after seven (7) years of being together.
Apparently, months after their wedding, they decided to split up. Without going into detail, the actress said that she had been betrayed and lied to in her marriage.
It was just recently when she went to the social media platform, Instagram wherein she posted some snaps of her. Here post was accompanied by the caption: “There’s beauty in the darkness. There’s peace in the silence. There’s purpose in the pain. You just have to believe.”
The photos which she posted on Instagram were liked by more than 70k people. As expected, her snaps generated mixed reactions from the netizens.
Most of them were surprised by her appearance. One netizen even asked why she has been posting such photos these days. There were netizens who even compared her looks to Yennefer of Vengerberg, one of the characters in the top-rating series, The Witcher.
