Ting Ting Tang Tang with Slater Young
SLATER YOUNG – The former PBB big winner earned reactions after dancing to the tune of ‘Ting Ting Tang Tang’ along with Eruption and his wife Kryz Uy.
The Vietnamese fun-dance pop song “See Tinh,” better known in the Philippines as “Ting Ting Tang Tang,” is one of the most popular dance crazes on TikTok right now. It is a favorite dance of Filipinos as well as local celebrities such as Dingdong Dantes, Anne Curtis, and Ogie Alcasid.
“See Tinh” which means See Love was performed by Vietnamese singer-actress Hoang Thuy Linh. In Vietnamese, “Tinh Tinh” means “love,” while “Tang Tang” means “love you.”
Among those who became an instrument for the song to become famous on social media by turning it into a dance craze on TikTok is former It’s Showtime host, Eruption. Recently, he collaborated with Slater to dance to the tune of the dance craze.
On Instagram, Slater’s wife Kryz Uy posted a video of her husband dancing to the tune of dance craze along with Eruption. According to her, it was her husband’s Christmas gift. As expected, the video went viral, garnering mixed reactions from netizens.
Meanwhile, Slater rose to fame when he became the big winner of “PBB: Unlimited” in 2012. After his PBB stint, he ventured into acting. He became part of the television series, Juan dela Cruz, A Beautiful Affair, E-Boy and to name a few.
However, his showbiz career did not go well after he decided to leave the limelight. He left showbiz because for him, he has no depth of that skill set or the talent to actually be able to act, sing, and dance.
