It was on December 3 when the 29-year-old singer was rushed to the hospital after performing even though the doctor advised him to rest first because of his high blood pressure. Jovit was comatose for five days, however, he died due to a brain aneurysm.

Apparently, he’s not the only celebrity who has experienced this condition which is said to be one of the diseases with a very low chance of survival. Here are some celebrities who suffered brain aneurysm:

Julio Diaz

In 2016, veteran actor Julio Diaz lost consciousness after experiencing a severe headache. It was confirmed that the actor suffered an aneurysm but he survived after a successful operation that cost him millions of pesos. He was able to return to his work as an actor, but in 2018 he was caught by the authorities for selling illegal drugs.

Isabel Granada

On October 25, 2017, actress Isabel Granada was rushed to the hospital in Doha, Qatar while having a fan meet and greet session. The actress immediately fell into a coma and was declared ‘brain dead’ by the doctors. She passed away on November 4, 2017.

Fernando Poe Jr.

It was on December 14, 2004, when the entire Philippines mourned the death of the King of Filipino Movies, Fernando Poe Jr. He passed away due to an aneurysm. This happened after his defeat in his run for president of the Philippines and many believe that the actor’s defeat caused great stress. According to reports, the deceased actor felt dizzy after drinking with his friends. Doctors were unable to save the so-called ‘Da King’.
