Valentine Rosales on Lolit Solis: “Luh, ba’t mo pinapakelaman yung Idol ko”

VALENTINE ROSALES – The online personality reacted to showbiz columnist-talent manager Lolit Solis’ criticism of Kapamilya actress-TV host Kim Chiu’s fangirling of the Korean supergroup, BLACKPINK.

It was on Monday, November 7 when Solis took to social media wherein she criticized Kim Chiu. Her criticism came after the latter shared that despite her busy schedule, she managed to attend the concert of the all-female group in the US.

In the comment section of Balita Online, social media personality Valentine Rosales commented. His name became popular online following the death of flight attendant Christine Dacera.

“Luh, ba’t mo pinapakelaman yung Idol ko, hayaan mo siya mag-enjoy at panoorin yung gusto niyang artists wag mo siya mandohan!” he said. “Pala desisyon yarn?”

Meanwhile, Kimberly Sue Yap Chiu or better known as Kim Chiu is an actress, model, host, singer, dancer, and vlogger. She is known as Philippine showbiz’s “Chinita Princess” and was once hailed as the “Princess of Philippine Movies and TV” for three consecutive years.

Her showbiz career started when she was only 16-years-old when she won the first teen edition of the reality show Pinoy Big Brother (PBB). She then starred in the television series Sana Maulit Muli, My Girl, Tayong Dalawa, Kung Tayo’y Magkakalayo, My Binondo Girl, Ina, Kapatid, Anak, Ikaw Lamang, The Story of Us, Ikaw Lang ang Iibigin, Love Thy Woman and to name a few.

On the other hand, Blackpink is a South Korean girl group formed by YG Entertainment, consisting of members Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa. The group debuted in August 2016 with their single album Square One, which featured “Whistle” and “Boombayah”.

Throughout their career, Blackpink has smashed various online records. They broke records for the most watched music video within the first 24 hours of release with their songs “How You Like That” (2020) and “Kill This Love” (2019). The South Korean girl group has set two Guinness World Records already.
