Karen Davila: “Waking up to 52”
KAREN DAVILA – The broadcast journalist and content creator welcomed another year in her life as she recently celebrated her 52nd birthday.
Karen celebrated her 52nd birthday last Monday, November 21, 2022. The broadcast journalist shared photos of herself on her social media account to mark her special day.
In the caption of her social media post, she expressed her gratitude to God for all the blessings in her life. She also said that she woke up more grateful than ever for her life, adding that she’s blessed and immensely grateful for everything.
Karen went on to thank those who greeted her on her special day.
“I woke up today more grateful than ever for my life. The very air I breathe. My family. My children. The purpose & opportunities God has opened before me,” she wrote. “Over & over again I live in God’s graciousness & endless mercies.”
Among those who greeted her in the comments section were Bianca Gonzalez, Iza Calzado, Wil Dasovich, Gretchen Ho, Isabelle Daza, Baron Geisler, Dyan Castillejo, and Korina Sanchez.
Prior to her birthday, Karen shared photos on her Instagram Stories where she had a pre-birthday lunch with her family.

Currently, Karen serves as one of the news anchors of “TV Patrol” which airs on ABS-CBN on weekdays. Karen also hosts ANC’s morning show “Headstart” which airs on weekdays as well.
Aside from being a news anchor, Karen also has a YouTube channel where she shared “stories of people in a different light” as well as her personal life. She already has 1.32 million subscribers on her YouTube channel as of this writing.
