Recently, she went to the social media platform, Instagram wherein she shared that she was rushed to the emergency room (ER) of the Cardinal Santos Medical Center. It turned out that she has Acute Gastroenteritis with mild dehydration.

She stated that she was in excruciating pain in her upper stomach. When ER doctors asked her what her pain level was at the time (on a scale of 1 to 10), she said 10. Because of the location of the pain, the doctors had to rule out pancreatitis, which was fortunately not the case.

Jessa Zaragoza believes it is due to the pasta she ate the day before she was rushed to the ER. She is currently recuperating at her home.
