A group of students went viral after drinking beer while class is ongoing
DRINKING SESSION in the middle of LESSON – A group of students was under fire on social media after a video of them drinking beer while in the middle of the class went viral.
In the video which was shared on different Facebook pages including the “Duterte Bato” FB page, the group can be seen drinking a beer placed inside a tumbler.
One of the students brought the alcoholic beverage, which was later distributed to a group of students who wanted to take a sip.
It also appears that the group did not forget to bring a “pulutan” which they paired with a beer inside the tumbler.
In the video, the group is busy drinking while their teacher is teaching.
Drinking, especially beverages with alcohol content, is not allowed on the school premises.
The Department of Education (DepEd) headed by Vice President Sara Duterte has yet to speak on the matter.
The students may possibly face sanctions following their drinking session inside their classroom.
As expected, some netizens were furious at the behavior of the students.

“DepED Philippines Tingnan nyo naman to oh. kawawa ang titser. di niya alam kung ano ang nangyayari sa kaniyang mga estudyante. wala siyang kamalay malay. tapos hindi bibigyan ng punishment ang mga studyante? tatawag kay tulfo para patanggalan ng lisensya ang titser??? hay nako!” said a certain Jayson Francisco.
Francis Salem, on the other hand noted: “Ang cool nyu mga bata sana mapanindigan nyu yan hanggang sa huli, iba na talaga nadudulot ng social medya ngayun pati mga nd dapat ay okay na…tsk tsk.”
