BIANCA KING — The former actress recently took to social media to share her workout routines she has been doing in order for her to remain physically fit while she’s still pregnant.

To recall, Bianca shared in an interview on “Update with Nelson Canlas” poscast that she’s planning to have a natural birth as she and her husband Ralph Wintle decided to give birth in Australia.

She said that she’s planning to deliver her baby through water birth like Coleen Garcia and Max Collins did.

My goal is really to have an intervention-free and drug-free natural birth ‘yong allow the labor to happen in its own time,” Bianca said at that time.

Recently, the former actress shared a video of herself doing some workout routines and also revealed that she had been working out in order to help her become stronger when she has to give birth to her first child.

According to her, she’s trying to minimize her risk of getting gestational diabetes and preeclampsia by exercising and eating healthy.
