TV host-vlogger Toni Gonzaga recently released a new “Toni Talks” episode wherein she interviewed President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. inside the Malacañang Palace.

The two-part episode was also aired on the President’s 65th birthday on AllTV network.

In the interview, the President said that it is VP Sara’s characteristics as a mother that solidified his belief she would make a great secretary of the Department of Education (DepEd), which she welcomed without apprehensions.

Sa puso niya she is a mom. She is really a mom. When you scratch Sara you find a mother inside. And that’s the best motivation for me because she just say she is doing this for her children,” the President said. “That’s good enough because she wants the best for her children. She wants best for all children.

Noting that the Vice President feels “very strongly” about her post “as a government worker, as an administrator,” President Marcos heaped praises on VP Sara by saying that she’s “really very competent”.

According to him, VP Sara is very methodical in the way she does things and doesn’t leave things out. He added that she worked very hard and is very patient.
