VILMA SANTOS – The Star for All Seasons expressed her happiness following the pregnancy of her daughter-in-law Jessy Mendiola.
Jessy is an actress who started her showbiz career after being launched as one of the 18 talents of Star Magic Batch 15.
Among her batchmates are Megan Young, Alfonso Martinez, and Carlo Guevarra.
She rose to fame when she became the lead star of the television series, Maria Mercedes.
On the other hand, Luis Manzano is an actor-host and son of actress-politician Vilma Santos with television host Edu Manzano.
It was in June 2016 when they started dating. Four years later, they got engaged.
This couple tied the knot on February 21, 2021, but only revealed that they were already married on April 4, 2021.
It was last February when the couple celebrated their 1st wedding anniversary at a health and wellness resort in Batangas.
The celebrity couple earlier went to Dubai, the birthplace of Jessy, for their official honeymoon trip.
Recently, they announced via the actress’ YouTube channel that they are expecting a baby.

Of course, among those who are happy about their announcement is Star for All Season Vilma Santos.
“Soooo happy and we feel blessed!! Alam nyo na matagal na ako naghihintay ng apo!! Happy for Lucky and Jess!! MOMSIE NA AKO!!!!” she told PEP Troika.
Apparently, Edu Manzano has yet to give his reaction about it as of press time.
