On Facebook, a netizen named Kimiko Caitlin Lauz shared a report about Duterte and Sen. Christopher “Bong” Go “shopping” for motorcycles.

“Former president Rodrigo Duterte, a big bike enthusiast, was spotted shopping with Senator Bong Go at the Harley-Davidson Manila, a motorcycle shop in Bonifacio Global City, on Thursday,” the report said.

However, Lauz was not amused by the said report and claimed that the money Duterte used to “buy” the motorcycle came from corruption.

“Pinambili na ng Motor ung naibulsa sa PHARMALLY at sa OVERPRICED a Laptop ng DepED,” she said.

“Salamat PRRD Pinaghirapan mo pong magnakaw at ilubog kami sa utang. Deserve mo po yan HAHAHAHAHA,” she added.

Krizette Laureta Chu, an avid supporter of Duterte did not like the post. She also asked DSWD Secretary Erwin Tulfo to take action on the libelous remarks of the alleged worker.

But according to dailybncnews.com, the human resource division of DSWD has responded and clarified that Lauz doesn’t work in the department since 2020.

“As per our HR. Former Contract of Service (COS) / MOA personnel , Administrative Asst of Standards Bureau. 2020 MOA not renewed. Engaged with DSWD until June 30 2020,” HR said.

Because of this, Chu thinks that Lauz is only using the name of DSWD since it’s still being placed on her Facebook profile.

Tulfo has yet to issue any statement about it.
