Teacher Brings Lazy Student at Construction Site for Work to Experience His Mom’s Hardships at Job
CONSTRUCTION JOB – A male teacher makes his student work at a construction site after saying that his mother’s job is easy.
School teacher is a personnel hired by both government and private schools to help students to acquire academic knowledge. They are also considered as the second parent of the students inside the school premises.
Educators are tasked to teach and mold the students to become a better person in the future. Teachers were also assigned to help the students obtain knowledge and to be a competent employee in the future.
A Chinese teacher makes his 12-year-old student work after claiming that his mother’s construction job is easy. The educator makes the latter work to learn a life lesson after thinking that earning money is easy.
The student identified with the surname Yang had stopped going to school for about 20 days. The young man got addicted to mobile games and spends the entire day surfing social media instead of studying.
The teacher intervened and tried to make the student realize that earning money is not easy. He brought the kid to the construction site where his mom works and make him experience a construction job.
“When Yang’s mother said she earned around 100 yuan (S$20) a day, Yang replied that ‘was easy peasy’. So, I decided to bring him to the construction site where his mother works,” the teacher said.
The male teenager woke up at 4:00 am and moving steel bars throughout the entire day. The teacher accompanied his student to the construction site. Eventually, the boy realized that his mom’s job wasn’t “easy-peasy.”
“The absence of my parents made me feel very bored, so I became addicted to playing games on my phone. Now I’ve learned how hard my mum is working to earn a living, so I will work hard on my studies and repay her,” the kid said.
