SANDRO MARCOS – The Ilocos Norte first district Representative promised to share his victory with the Ilocanos who helped their family.

Several Marcoses won in the 2022 Elections. On June 30, president-elect Bongbong Marcos, the only son of the late former dictator Ferdinand Marcos Sr. and former First Lady Imelda Marcos, will take his oath as the 17th president of the Republic of the Philippines.

Marcos Jr. was voted by over 31 million people as per the election results which gave him a landslide victory in the presidential race. He ran as the standard-bearer of Partido Federal ng Pilipinas.

The incoming presidential son, Sandro Marcos, also won a seat in Ilocos Norte. He ran as representative of the first district of Ilocos Norte and put an end to the reign of the Fariñases since 2010.

Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, Sandro Marcos takes pride in his victory as the 1st District Representative of Ilocos Norte citing that he is the first Marcos to run and emerge victorious in the said position in the province.

During his oath-taking, Marcos thanked the people who supported him and his family. His immediate family was not present at his inauguration because of the preparation for his father’s inauguration on June 30.

Based on the report, Sandro Marcos promised to share his victory with the Ilocanos whom he tagged as the people who helped his family during exile as per what his father told him.

“Ang mga tao lang na tumulong sa amin ay ang mga Ilokano. Lahat po kayo rito ay naging kasama namin sa kahirapan, dapat na dapat na magkasama rin tayo sa tagumpay,” Marcos expressed.

According to Sandro Marcos, he is now not just ready to serve the Ilocano people but he is already at their service. He echoed the call of the incoming president for unity and rallied to support his father’s administration.
