Annabelle Rama Reveals Name of Ruffa Gutierrez’s Textmate
RUFFA GUTIERREZ – Actress Ruffa Gutierrez was stunned during the latest episode of ‘It’s Showtime‘ when her mom Annabelle Rama revealed the name of her textmate.
Actress and beauty queen Ruffa Gutierrez is the daughter of talent manager Annabelle Rama and veteran actor Eddie Gutierrez. She was the second runner-up in the Miss World 1993 pageant.
Ruffa and Annabelle are two of the well-known mother-and-daughter tandem in the entertainment industry. They’re known for being close to each other despite the fact that her mom would reprimand her publicly sometimes.
In an interview with showbiz reporter Ogie Diaz, Ruffa Gutierrez was asked about her and her mom’s talakan in the past. The 47-year-old celebrity said that her mom really speaks her mind.
“And if there’s one thing and one person that I can’t control, it’s my mom and her mouth,” she said.

Ruffa Gutierrez is one of the judges on the Kapamilya noontime show It’s Showtime. She loves being part of the program as one of the ‘hurados.’ She gets along with the hosts and they love talking with each other off-air.
Just recently, the former beauty queen was joined by her mom and Raymond Gutierrez on the show. However, during It’s Showtime’s ‘Se*y Babe’ segment, Annabelle was asked about her thoughts on her daughter’s judging abilities.
“Magaling ba mag-judge si Ruffa, Tita Annabelle?” Vice asked to which Annabelle answered, “Sometimes parang wala sa sarili.”
Upon hearing Annabelle Rama’s answer, the hosts erupted into laughter. Host Ogie Alcasid then asked the talent manager about her answer.
“Tita Annabelle, bakit kaya parang wala siya sa sarili?” Ogie asked.
“Baka busy sa cellphone,” Annabelle quipped. When asked who Ruffa was talking to, she said, “Sino pa nga ba? Kaibigan mo. Si Herbert.”
“Ma, you’re so… nakakaloka ka, ma” Ruffa said.

Ruffa has two children Lorin and Venice with former husband Yilmaz Bektas. Her daughters are now enjoying a trip to Istanbul, Turkey with their dad whom they haven’t seen in person for 15 years.
