Megan Young: “See you in 2 months @mikaeldaez???”
MEGAN YOUNG — The Kapuso actress and beauty queen recently took to social media to share that she’s on a “solo flight“.
On Instagram, Megan shared some photos from her 14-hour airport layover and shared that she hasn’t slept because she wanted to adjust to the time zone of her destination and wanted to secure her things.
According to her, she’s able to fall asleep on the plane after being alone in the airport overnight. This was the first time that Megan will be apart from her husband and travel buddy, Kapuso actor Mikael Daez, for a period of time.
“Hindi ko kasama si Fofo sa trip na to!!! Yehey!!” Megan joked. “Kidding aside, aaminin ko… miss ko na ang travel buddy ko.”

Mikael, for his part, shared some “random and mostly unused” video clips of the two of them together from the time they got married to the present times.
He shared that he has stumbled upon the phase of looking back at their memories. Megan then responded to her husband’s post to confirm that they missed each other.
“Confirmed: miss mo ako. Confirmed: miss na rin kita,” Megan wrote.
Meanwhile, Mikael announced that she and Megan will talk about their “simple pleasures” in their upcoming podcast.
He said in the caption of his social media post that “simple pleasures” is a relevant topic since he and his wife were finally getting out of their lockdown lives, stretching their legs, and figuring out what made them happy outside of their homes.
However, he said that it’s always good for them to remember the simpler things that made them happy when they’re all stuck at home.
“It helps us appreciate all the fun travels and experiences we can now have,” Mikael said.
