Balesin Island is a luxurious resort that is not easily accessible without spending millions of pesos.

According to its website, those who wish to visit the island resort who are not living in the Philippines are required to pay a membership fee of a whopping $50,000 or 2,645,500.00.

While those who reside in the country are opted to pay the gold membership approximately 2.5 million pesos that comes with free 7 nights stay.

On the other hand, the diamond membership is at around 4.5 million pesos with free 14 nights stay while the platinum membership cost 6.5 million pesos with free 28 nights stay in the said island resort.

Aside from that, members should pay their monthly membership dues.

Apparently, Robredo has yet to confirm whether she went to the luxurious resort or not but according to a netizen, she went there for a wedding since it’s possible for non-members to visit Balesin as long as they are invited by a member.

Meanwhile, Robredo said in her latest tweet that they are preparing for relief operations in Bulusan, Sorsogon for those who have been affected by the eruption of Mt. Bulusan.
