It was just recently when Vice President Leni Robredo challenged presidential rival Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos to a one-on-one debate.

According to Robredo, BBM is the only candidate who’s yet to face the Filipino people at a debate.

She stressed that attending such a debate is important so that the public would evaluate the candidates and hear their plans and platforms as well as compare their vision for the country.

She noted that if Marcos Jr. agreed, she will face him “anytime, anywhere.”

However, the camp of BBM immediately rejected the call of Robredo to a one-on-one debate.

Robredo’s call to Marcos Jr. for a debate was criticized by no less than social media influencer Jam Magno.

Jam is popular on social media for giving her opinion on different issues involving celebrities and renowned personalities such as politicians.

In a social media post, Jam challenged Robredo to a one-on-one debate. She stressed that English should be the language which they will use in their face-off.

Meanwhile, her remark against VP Robredo earned the reaction of retired Comelec Commissioner Rowena Guanzon.

Guanzon said that she will debate Magno in English but whenever she commits a mistake on her grammar, she will receive a “suntok” each.

Jam Magno has yet to issue any statement regarding the remarks of Rowena Guanzon.
