Marcos camp: “Hindi ito kailanman mangyayari”
MARCOS CAMP — Here’s what the camp of presidential candidate Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr said about Vice President Leni Robredo’s debate challenge.
In a statement, Bongbong Marcos’ Chief of Staff and Spokesperson Atty. Vic Rodriguez said that the former senator brings his message of unity straight to the public.
“Sa debate na hamon kay presidential frontrunner Bongbong Marcos ay hindi ito kailanman mangyayari sa ilang kadahilanan. At batid ni Ginang Robredo ang mga kadahilanang ‘yan,” Rodriguez said in a statement.
Rodriguez said that he understands Robredo’s frustration to face Marcos in a debate and argument, adding that the two have different beliefs when it comes to communicating with the public.

In the same breath, Rodriguez said that their camp will only engage in “positive campaigning” while accusing the “dilawan” of using deception in its campaign.
“Sa panahon ng krisis sa ekonomiya na dulot ng pandemya ay malaking ginhawa marahil sa naghihirap na mamamayan ang makitang kalmado lang na nangangampanya at hindi nag-aaway at nagsisiraan ang mga taong naghahangad na mamuno sa bansa,” Rodriguez said in a statement.
Earlier, the Vice President announced that she will not participate in the presidential panel interviews organized by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) and the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP).
Robredo, however, challenged Marcos to a debate and said that the public should be given an avenue to ask about controversies surrounding the presidential candidate.
“Inaanyayahan ko si Ginoong Bongbong Marcos na makipagdebate, para mabigyan ang taumbayan ng pagkakataong makaharap siya at matanong tungkol sa mga kontrobersiyang pumapalibot sa kanya,” Robredo said in a statement. “We owe it to the people and to our country. Kung papayag po kayo, anytime, anywhere, darating ako.“

I would rather go to the decision of senator Bongbong Marcos not to join in any debate,ano nga naman ang makukuha mo sa debate kung siraan at labasan ng baho ng bawat isa,,na siyang ginagawa ng ibang kampo,,gusto ko rin ung stilo ni Ginoong Marcos na di pumapatol sa lahat ng batikos at paninira ng iba ..sana lng ay malinis at walang dayaan sa sa darating na election,,have peace everyone 😊😊😊
