The Leni-Kiko tandem are running for the two highest positions in the government. They will go against the tandem of; former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno and Doc Willie Ong, Senator Manny Pacquiao and Buhay partylist representative, Lito Atienza as well as Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson and Senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto III.

A lot of renowned personalities have expressed their support for their tandem. Among them are popular celebrities such as Gary Valenciano, Angel Locsin, Regine Velasquez, and to name a few.

Aside from them, according to presidential aspirant Ping Lacson, CPP chairman Joma Sison is also endorsing the Leni-Kiko tandem.

But Robredo earlier denied that Sison served as her adviser.

“Recently, they denied na. Of course, nag-disclaim din si Joma Sison na hindi siya nag-act na adviser. Pero I came across a video taped message ni Joma Sison himself endorsing, strongly endorsing the tandem of Vice President Robredo and Kiko Pangilinan very clear doon. Sabi nga natin ‘di ba res ipsa loquitur– the thing speaks for itself,” he said.
