FRANCINE DIAZ — The Kapamilya actress recently shared that she’s planning to buy a bigger house for her family.
Francine earlier gave a tour of her home in Cavite in Karen Davila’s vlog and she said that the family tapped an interior designer to spruce up the space. At that time, the actress shared that she and her family tapped an interior designer to spruce up what was used to be an all-white space.
“Noong unang punta po namin dito talagang white lang siya lahat. Tapos ang luwag-luwag niya, parang ang dami mong gustong ilagay. Tapos sa sobrang luwag at white niya, nabo-bore ka na,” Francine said. “So sabi namin, pa-design kaya natin? So ito, pina-design na namin.“
A divider shelf, which also houses her trophies, effectively defines the dining and living areas. Almost every part of the house features accents of brown, which is one of her favorite colors.
According to her, the sala set in the living area is a gift from one of her “ninongs”. The centerpiece in the dining area is a refurbished dining table, with her saying that she didn’t want their old furniture to go to waste.

Her home has another receiving area, which also serves as her family’s movie room. In addition, the space is defined by a stylish divider wall and also has storage for her many footwear.
The dirty kitchen, which used to be part of the outdoor space, is just a few steps from the dining area. She said that they opted to have the house extended so the kitchen would be indoors, adding that they’re planning to have it designed professionally.
Francine also said that she’s proud of their newly-furnished home, adding that they have come a long way after years of living in rental spaces.
The actress has been staying in her new home for a little over a year, but she’s already planning on buying a bigger property.
“Siguro mas bigger na house pa,” Francine said when asked about her dreams for her family. “Kasi marami kami tapos lumalaki na ‘yung mga bata, so parang feeling ko need namin ng mas bigger na space.“
According to her, she will work extra hard in order to fulfill her goal.
She made the statement in the recent vlog of broadcast journalist Karen Davila, citing her growing family.
In the said vlog, Karen helped Francine buy furniture for her bedroom, which she shared with her two younger siblings. They picked items such as lamps, beds, an accent rug, a desk, and linens.
