Female Lawyer Shares Photo of Partner’s Ripped Shirt But Guy Refused to Let It Go Due to Sentimental Value
A female lawyer has shared her partner’s ripped shirt, which the latter refused to let go despite its appearance.
Atty. Nizza Udaundo Omelda has shared the photo of her partner refusing to let go of its six-year-old shirt. The photo immediately spread like a wildfire online and garnered various reactions from the social media users.
In the photo, it can be seen that that Nizza is holding the tattered shirt of her partner Atty. Rendel Calura Mangliwan. She wanted to make it as ‘rug’ and throw it away due to its appearance but her husband refused.
Omelda found two ripped shirts inside their cabinet while folding their clothes. She disposed the green one and make it a ‘rug’ but she found it on their bedroom again. She also told her partner to dispose the black one.
However, Rendel refused to let go of the black shirt although it was already ripped and tattered. According to Nizza, her partner received the black shirt as a gift while waiting for the BAR exam results.
“Dalawa po ‘yan na damit na gutay-gutay na. One shirt (green) was already used as basahan pero bumalik sa kwarto, at ito pong black. Sabi ko gawin nang basahan. Pumalag. ‘Yung green lang daw, itong black maiwan, kasi pwede pa raw,” Omelda said.
