Elderly Vendor Sells Honey Despite Bad Weather Condition
The inspiring photos of an elderly vendor selling honey despite his old age and inclement weather condition went viral online.
Nowadays, most people are trying their best to earn a living and even engaging in different livelihood just to earn to feed their families. Most of them were desperate to secure a stable source of income.
However, some vendors have no choice but to sell products in whatever circumstances to provide the necessities of their loved ones.
Recently, a Facebook user named Jaqueline Simbajon has shared the photos of an elderly vendor selling honey despite his fragile body and bad weather condition. The photos garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the photos, it can be seen that the old man is standing outside of an establishment while displaying his honey in bottles on the ground. He is selling pure honey and residents can regularly see him at medical city.
Simbajon has decided to take pictures and asked the permission of the vendor to post the photos. She just wanted to help the old man to sell his honey products. Jaqueline also encourages the public to buy the grandpa’s products at Sitel.

“Sa mga gusto pong bumili ng honey, nagbebenta po si tatay. Lagi po sya sa sitel malapit or sa medical city.
Pure po yung honey na binibenta ni tatay bumili na din po ako sakanya, marami na din pong nakabili sakanya.
Nagpaalam po ako kay tatay kung pwede ko sya e post sa facebook para maubos agad yung paninda nya kasi sobrang lakas ng ulan para makauwi na sya, pumayag naman po sya nakasmile pa sya pag picture ko hehe
Hindi na po ako nakahingi ng permission sa family ni tatay na e post sya di ko rin po sila kilala, edelete ko po ito agad kung hindi naman po okay sa family ni tatay. Ito na lang po way ko para matulungan si tatay na maubos paninda nya dahil sobrang lakas ng ulan.
Bili na kayo mga vebs baka makadaan kayo sa sitel. Pero hindi sya araw-araw dun, baka lang makadaan kayo at makita nyo po si tatay”
