Is Angel Locsin chiding Toni Gonzaga in her speech about Malacañang
ANGEL LOCSIN – The Kapamilya star chided Toni Gonzaga during her speech at Leni-Kiko campaign rally.
Marcos Jr. runs for president along with his running mate Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte. Their UniTeam will go against the tandem of; Vice President Leni Robredo and Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno and Doc Willie Ong, Senator Manny Pacquiao and Buhay partylist representative, Lito Atienza as well as Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson and Senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto III.
One of their staunch supporters is no less than actress-host Toni Gonzaga.
Previously, she proclaimed at the UniTeam rally in Cebu that BBM will soon return to Malacañang.
Toni Gonzaga made the pronouncement after singing the song, Roar, which has become her signature song in UniTeam rallies.
“Konting konting panahon na lamang at magbabalik na si BBM sa kanyang tahanan- ang Malacañang,” she said.
Meanwhile, in a speech at the grand rally of the Leni-Kiko tandem in Pasay City, Angel Locsin seemed to be chiding Toni.
According to her, people must choose leaders who are not afraid to face the people when they are elected.
“Kaya alam niyo po ang pipiliin kong lider ay ang lider po na para po talaga sa mga tao,” she said.
“‘Yong isang lider na sisiguraduhin na ang Malacañang at ang buong bansa ay para sa taumbayan,” she added.
But it seemed the crowd took notice of who Angel was referring to in her speech.
Then, Angel stopped her tirade with Toni in order to avoid further controversy.
