Will Clarita Carlos become the next presidential adviser?
CLARITA CARLOS – Some netizens wanted the Political Science professor to become the next presidential adviser.
Netizens praised the professor following the presidential debate organized by Sonshine Media Network International (SMNI), a media company owned by the controversial religious leader, Pastor Apollo Quiboloy.
Carlos served as one of the panelists in the said debate.
The professor’s questions about foreign policy and other important topics that presidential candidates answered have caught the attention of netizens.
Because of this, some netizens believe that Carlos will become a good presidential adviser to the next president of the country.
Some of these netizens are supporters of former senator Bongbong Marcos who is now leading in presidential surveys.
“Nakikinig ako ng debate, kung sino man ang maging presidente, pwede nilang kuning adviser si Prof. Clarita Carlos. ako yung natatakot para sa mga candidates pag nagsasalita na sya,” a netizen said.
However, some netizens are saddened that the four candidates namely; Vice President Leni Robredo, Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno, Sen. Manny Pacquiao and Sen. Ping Lacson did not have the chance to answer Carlos’ questions since they declined to participate in the said debate.
The SMNI presidential debate now reached millions of views on social media probably due to the questions raised by Carlos.
Also present in the said debate is labor leader, Ka Leody de Guzman.
Carlos has yet to issue any statement regarding the admiration she earned as one of the panelists in the said debate.
