Is Manila Mayor Isko Moreno the Presidential Bet Referred to in the Blind Item?
MAYOR ISKO MORENO – The Manila Mayor reacted to the blind item about a presidential candidate who is planning to back out from the race.
Manila Mayor Isko Moreno is one of the 10 presidential candidates in the upcoming May 2022 Election. He is the standard-bearer of Partido Aksyon Demokratiko.
Mayor Isko had his proclamation rally in Manila. As the election campaign period has officially started, he also began visiting different cities and provinces in the Philippines. Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, it is not a factor for him whether or not the place he will be visiting is a bailiwick of another presidential candidate.
Recently, Mayor Isko visited La Union and had a motorcade. It is the bailiwick of his fellow presidential candidate, former Senator Bongbong Marcos.
According to the Manila City Mayor, he will even go to Ilocos Norte. The province is the bailiwick of the Marcoses. He stressed that he will go to the Filipinos regardless.
Previously, there was a blind item that a presidential candidate in the May 2022 Election is planning to back out from the race. To this, Mayor Isko Moreno gave his reaction.
Based on the report, Mayor Isko Moreno said that he has no plans to back out from the presidential race and he is even in La Union to campaign. With regards to the survey results, he stressed that he still has 80 days to campaign and he is not losing hope.
The Manila Mayor stressed that God is merciful. He further said that a lot of voters are changing their minds and have shifted to voting for him in the upcoming poll. Amid pairings with other vice presidential candidates, he is asking his voters not to separate him and his running-mate, Doc Willie Ong.
