Video of Kamote Rider Ignoring Traffic Enforcer’s Stop Signal Elicits Criticisms
A kamote rider was caught on camera ignoring the traffic enforcer’s stop signal and violated the traffic rules and regulations.
Nowadays, road accident has been one of the major traffic problems in different countries all around the world including the Philippines. It usually causes traffic congestions or injuries to involved individuals. Reckless motorists are mostly involved in vehicular accidents.
The traffic authorities are implementing stricter rules and regulations to prevent such incidents but accidents still happen due to reckless motorists. Traffic enforcers are instructed to strictly implement the policy to ensure the safety of both pedestrians and motorists.
The Facebook page “VISOR” has shared the video footage of a kamote rider who neglected the traffic enforcer’s stop signal and violated the traffic rules and regulations. The video garnered various reactions from the social media users.
In the video, it can be seen that several motorcycle riders stopped at a crossing lane after the traffic enforcer give a stop signal to control the flow of traffic on the other side. However, a short-tempered motorist neglected the sign.
The rider ignored the traffic enforcer and beats the stop signal just to prioritize his own transaction. Luckily, the other motorists remained calm and did not follow the kamote rider’s irresponsible action.
