Lolit Solis shared a positive write-up about Kris Aquino
Veteran entertainment columnist Lolit Solis wished that actress-host Kris Aquino will find her “knight in shining armor” after her breakup with former DILG Secretary Mel Sarmiento.
Kris has announced on her social media last October that she and Mel got engaged. She said that it will be a simple wedding only unlike what many of her fans expected. They were last seen together in public when they were extending help for the victims of typhoon Odette.
However, after the New Year celebration, Kris shocked many netizens who found out that she already deleted her Instagram posts with Mel. After that, through her IG post on January 3, she confirmed that they already ended their relationship.
In line with this, Lolit Solis shared her reaction to the Kris Aquino-Mel Sarmiento breakup. The veteran columnist said that she is saddened by this news. “Akala ko pa naman si Mel na ang forever ni Kris,” Lolit said adding that she thought the actress-host already found her “the one”.
Aside from the breakup, Lolit is also saddened by the fact that Kris is suffering from her autoimmune disease. The seasoned showbiz personality is also worried that the breakup will greatly affect the health of Kris. “Baka lalo pa siyang pumayat ngayon kung feeling sad siya sa paghihiwalay nila ni Mel,” she said.
Lolit, on the other hand, remained optimistic that the Queen of all Media will surpass this because of her determination. She is also hoping that the breakup will just have minimal effect on Kris. The veteran columnist also encouraged the actress-host to stay strong. “We love you,” Lolit Solis said to Kris Aquino.
Then, the veteran columnist shared her wish for Kris. “Sana meron agad dumating na knight in shining armour, na mukhang Gabby/Robin/James sa buhay mo, hah hah joke joke. Basta kailangan lang tunay na magmamahal sa iyo, dahil deserving kang mahalin, a very precious gem,” she said.
Several netizens who commented on this write-up of Lolit about the breakup of Kris and Mel expressed sadness as well. They sympathize with the actress-host.
