Lolit Solis on Kris Aquino: “Eversince sa own pocket niya nanggagaling ang pera na itinutulong niya”
KRIS AQUINO – Showbiz veteran Lolit Solis took to Instagram wherein she praised the Queen of All Media for helping people affected by Typhoon Odette.
It was just recently when Odette, the 15th tropical cyclone for 2021, devastated various parts of the country.
The typhoon wreaks havoc leaving more than 200 casualties as of posting. It is estimated that the damage left is worth millions in infrastructure and agricultural areas.
To help the typhoon victims, different civic groups, prominent personalities, politicians and even celebrities have organized relief operations.
Among those is actress-host Kris Aquino who worked together with Angel Locsin to give aid to those affected by super typhoon Odette in Mindanao.
This prompted showbiz veteran Lolit Solis to praise Kris for helping people in need amid the onslaught of Odette.
Solis praised Aquino for using her own money ever since to help the typhoon of natural disasters and calamities.
Lolit believes that Kris set aside her Christmas plans to focus on helping those who are in need in these trying times.
However, she’s hoping that the actress is looking at her own health as well and not to get too stressed with what’s happening in the country.
Meanwhile, President Rodrigo Duterte said he wants “more funds” from the proposed national budget for 2022 utilized for response and recovery efforts in areas hit by Typhoon Odette.
The president has been visiting different parts of the country which were severely affected by the typhoon.
