Bea Alonzo makes stunning revelations about her past relationship
Actress Bea Alonzo disclosed in a recent interview with Mega Entertainment what her friend actor John Lloyd Cruz said about her ex-boyfriend Gerald Anderson.
Bea and John Lloyd did several hit TV and movie projects and it is undeniable that they have good chemistry onscreen. Throughout the years that they are together, their love and concern for each other also grew.
It is known to many that showbiz fans that the breakup of Bea with Gerald was quite controversial back in 2019. In an interview with Boy Abunda, Gerald debunked the âghostingâ allegation from Bea.
However, Bea reiterated in her recent interview that she was ghosted and there was cheating that happened. The accusation surfaced against Gerald that his relationship with Julia Barretto overlapped with what he had with Bea.
Recalling that past relationship, Bea Alonzo said in the interview that John Lloyd Cruz was there for her when she was very down. However, the A-list actor already warned her about Gerald.
âMerong âI told you soâ moment of course, because he never really wanted that guy for me. Well, he never wanted anybody for me. He told me that I can survive it, and he kept telling me that I donât love him,â Bea revealed.
However, she did not believe John Lloyd because she loved Gerald at that time. She added that it was the first time that she let her guard down.
âIâve always been into self-preservation when it comes to relationships. Iâve always been the Alpha. Yeah, and it was the first time that I really let myself go and just love fully,â the actress disclosed.
When asked why she became that way with Gerald Anderson, Bea Alonzo was not sure but she said perhaps because it was their second chance and she intended to make it work.
