KAKAI BAUTISTA – The comedian has funny advice to youths who act like adults on social media.
A lot of Filipino youths have been using social media as a platform to vent out their feelings, emotions, frustrations, and beliefs.
Unfortunately, there are some who have used the said platform to the extent they ruin a person’s reputation and character.
This might have prompted Kakai Bautista upon expressing her thoughts about youths who act like adults on social media.
Recently, she went to the social networking site, Facebook wherein she posted a piece of advice to young people.
She told them to become responsible first before becoming “woke” on social media- which means to be awake to sensitive social issues.
However, it was flooded with negative reactions.
Meanwhile, Catherine “Kakai” Herrera Bautista is an actress, host, singer, and comedienne.
Kakai started out as a theater actress.
It was in 2003 when she was discovered by Ricky Rivero after appearing in the play, Alikabok.
Then, she was told to audition for drama series titled Kay Tagal Kitang Hinintay directed by Lauren Dyogi.
Eventually, she starred in different television shows which include her villainous character in Kampanerang Kuba and Angelina in Kokey.
She also starred in the Filipino-Thai movie, Suddenly It’s Magic alongside Mario Maurer.
After that, she did the horror-comedy sitcom, My Darling Aswang on TV5.
