Here’s the response of Jay Sonza to Ogie Diaz
JAY SONZA – The veteran journalist responded to the tweet of talent manager and vlogger Ogie Diaz.
It was just recently when the showbiz personality took to the microblogging site, Twitter wherein he lambasted the former broadcaster for allegedly spreading fake news against Vice President Leni Robredo.
“Ano na nangyari kay Jay Sonza? Nakakalungkot. Wala na sa hulog. Tumatanda na ba siyang paurong? #AskingForAFriend,” Ogie tweeted.
Diaz claimed that Sonza is making himself desperate for spreading such “fake news.”
Meanwhile, the former broadcaster has responded by saying he’s now enjoying his retirement since 2010 at a 61 hectares farm.
Sonza told Diaz to not be sad since he’s happy living in the mountain.
“Ikaw Ogie kamusta ka na? Nagpapanggap ka parin bang bakla? Kamusta ang iyong misis at mga anak mo? Dalangin ko na sana nasa mabuti kayong kalagayan,” he said.
He also said that Diaz is welcome to visit his farm.
The argument between Diaz and Sonza after the latter posted an alleged “fake news” against Robredo.
According to Sonza, the “drinking water” given to Robredo was placed in the paint container.
But in the end, it was found out that the contents of the containers were not drinking water but “water filters” donated by the UP College of Medicine and Physicians for Peace – Philippines.
Sonza is one of the biggest journalists in the country during the 1980s until early 2000.
He once worked with Kapuso broadcast journalist, Mel Tiangco and before he retired, he was the station manager of UNTV.
