BEATRICE GOMEZ – The Miss Universe Philippines 2021 personally helped in relief distribution to Odette victims in Cebu.

It was just last year when Odette, the 15th tropical cyclone for 2021, devastated various parts of the country.

The typhoon wreaks havoc leaving more than 150 casualties as of posting. It is estimated that the damage left is worth millions in infrastructure and agriculture.

To help the typhoon victims, different civic To help the typhoon victims, different civic groups, prominent personalities, politicians and even celebrities have organized relief operations.

Among those who have been busy helping the victims of Odette is no less than Miss Universe PH 2021 Beatrice Gomez.

Earlier, the Cebu-based beauty queen personally helped in repacking and distribution of relief goods to victims of the typhoon.

She went to the image/video-sharing platform, Instagram wherein she posted some snaps of their relief efforts in the province of Cebu.

In the snaps she shared, she can be seen repacking as well as distributing the food packs and groceries to needy residents.

She also thanked those who helped them in their relief operation especially those who extended their donation.

Her post was accompanied by the hashtag #BangonSugboanon and #MabuhiKaCebu.

Prior to the relief operation, the Filipina beauty queen gave food to 1000 stranded passengers as well as truck and cargo drivers in Cebu City port.

To recall, Beatrice Gomez represented the country in the 70th edition of Miss Universe held in Israel.

Unfortunately, she was not able to covet the title after clinching only the fifth (5th) spot to the new queen, Harnaaz Sandhu of India.
