Video of Elderly Man Pretending as PWD While Asking Alms Along the Road Elicits Comments
The video of an elderly man pretending to be Person with Disability while asking alms along the road goes viral online.
Nowadays, there are lots of street dwellers and beggars asking alms in public places especially in front of churches, schools, malls, restaurants and beside the road. Most of them were jobless and fill their stomachs with alms.
Recently, the Facebook page “Basta page ko to.” has shared the video footage of an old man asking alms from the motorists and passengers along the road. The video goes viral online and elicits comments from the netizens.
In the video, it can be seen that the old guy is slowly walking at a heavily congested road due to massive amount of vehicle passing in the area. The grandpa seems to be struggling to move and walk while asking for alms.
The guy who was filming the incident keeps on laughing together with his colleagues knowing that the old man is just acting and trying to gain the sympathy of the public to earn money for his daily necessities.
Based on the voice, the latter is walking slowly during red light but moves fast when the traffic lights turns green.
After a few moments, the grandpa starts to move normally like a healthy person and take a walk together with a young boy.
